How long do we store your data?
We have a legal right to collect all the data you have provided to us. We collect your information and data which we store for no longer than 2 years after you become inactive and perform no activities within the system. When we store your personal data for another specific purpose, the data retention period is specified for the specific purpose in the section “How we use your data”. Upon receiving your consent, we can also agree on a different storage period.
Who do we disclose your data to?
We disclose your data only to the extent that is necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. Data is disclosed only to those individuals with whom we have signed contracts that protect your rights and personal data. In some instances, we have the right to disclose your data to government authorities (e.g. investigative bodies, tax administrators, the State’s Data Protection Inspectorate, and the Bank of Lithuania) but only in compliance with established legal laws.

In order to be able to carry out our activities, we must process your personal data in accordance with the conditions specified herein. We process your personal data in the EU and other countries. If our service providers will process your personal data in countries containing insufficient safety measurements, we will carefully assess all circumstances and take appropriate measures to ensure that your rights to appropriate data processing are not violated. We will ensure that conditions are created for you to use your rights and effective remedies.
How do we use your data?
We process your personal data taking into account the requirements established in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. They are defined in the law on the legal protection of personal data, the law on prevention of money laundering, financial activities related to terrorist activities, and other applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
We process your personal data based on legal interests. Legal interests are the detailed consideration of our company’s interests necessary to perform our operations and services, information and systems security (software to prevent data loss, anti-malware, and network security). In order to ensure that our interests are aligned with yours, we carry out an assessment of the necessity of each processing operation, which is based on legal interests.

In all cases, we take into account your interests and rights granted by data protection legislation while processing your personal data. Your rights
You have the right to submit a request regarding the processing of your data to MVO.LT. MVO.LT processes your requests in a span of one month.
You have the right to access your personal data, see the purposes for which they are processed, categories, sources, recipients, storage period, and other rights at any time, including the right to receive a copy of your personal data that we process.
You have the right to transfer your data, which we process with your consent and which is processed automatically. If necessary, we will provide you with the data depicted in the Excel file so that you can store it or disclose it to other service providers. You can also request that we provide your personal data to another data controller, but we can only do this if the data transfer is technically possible.
We update your personal data, asking you to review it from time to time and at times when required by law. However, if you notice that any of your personal data is incorrect, you can submit a request to change the information. You can correct or add information to your personal data on the self-service website or by contacting us and providing the corrections you are willing to adjust. If the accuracy of your personal data is disputed, the processing of your data may be limited for a period during which we could check the correctness of the data.
You have the right to restrict the processing of your data. This means that we will store your data, however, we won’t be able to use it. You also have the right to apply for the removal of your personal data, but only in one of the following cases provided by law:
