80 people company is broken down into smaller teams and there is no unified communication and document management system. Some people are using custom management system, some local Microsoft office files and some work in Google Workspace. To create a successful digital transformation project for such organization is extremely hard task as most of the people working there are not tech-savvy. That’s why we took long-term approach which will take years. Because of that we created a management system which is based on API’s and at the end-points we have different document types and challenges. A booking is done in Website management system, then it’s exported to in-house accounting management system. If something is bought, it’s entered in accounting management system and goes back to the website. Basically we centralized data, but did not drastically change how people work. That’s how we helped those people to save nerves and time. There is no situations to data discrepancies, work is synchronized. Right now we further evolve their digital transformation with their smile.
